O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against one Mahalakshmi, Deenadayalan and Michael, with regard to payment of a sum of Rs. 9,10,010/-. Since no progress has been made on the complaint given by the petitioner, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that counter petitioners along with this petitioner are doing partnership business. and there is a dispute in the partnership business and hence, this complaint has been lodged. He further submitted that the matter is purely civil in nature. However, the respondent police has assigned C.S.R.No.388/2015 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint given by the petitioner and the same is pending enquiry.

5. Since C.S.R number has been assigned, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry in C.S.R.No.388/2015 and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.

6. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
