CMP Nos.12100, 12102 and 12103 of 2021 have been filed by the petitioners i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 22nd appellant Nalini Ammal; ii)to condone the delay of 2563 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 22nd appellant and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 22nd appellant as appellants 25 and 26 respectively in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Ms.S.Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
