03.12.2022, has disposed of the plea of all the parties concerned and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these Petitions. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 03.12.2022 to that effect.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and also recording the proceedings dated 03.12.2022, these Writ Petitions are closed giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
