Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the Inspector of Police, Polur Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District, viz., the 2nd respondent to serve the Warrant on the 1st respondent in the above case and produce the copy of the service of the warrant to the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District in C.C.No.122 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
This petition is filed praying to direct the second respondent police to serve the Warrant on the 1st respondent in the above case and produce the copy of the service of the warrant to the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District in C.C.No.122 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.The petitioner herein lodged a private complaint as against the first respondent before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District. Magistrate, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District issued bailable warrant against the 1st respondent on 08.05.2015. Though more than seven months have elapsed from the date of issuance of the warrant, till date the respondent police had not executed the bailable warrant. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 08.05.2015 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District against the accused namely Natarajan in C.C.No.122 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
