This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the GSM Mobile tower in the premises of the petitioner situated at Door No. 74/3 in Survey No. 72/A1/A3, Periyar Nagar, Hosur Town and Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the GSM Mobile tower erected in the said subject premises had already been removed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
