This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the proceeding of the second respondent dated 13.05.2024 in Nil Na.Ka.No. and to quash the same and to direct the second respondent to give permission for conduction 22nd Vaikasi Kodai Thiruvizha for Arulmigu Sree Kottravai Badhrakali Amman Koil at Ambattur, from 14.05.2024 to 22.05.2024 2.It is represented that the fifth respondent had earlier filed O.S.No.140 of 2024 before the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, wherein, I.A.No.3 of 2024 was filed and an order too was passed on 30.04.2024 by the concerned Court. Parallely, the petitioner had approached the second respondent for permission to conduct the temple festival, which has been denied vide impugned order.

3.I find that there is no merit in the present petition challenging the impugned order of the second respondent as the matter is sub-judice before the District Munsif Court, Ambattur. However, it is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the trial Court to vacate the interim order passed against them. With the above liberty, this Writ 3/5
