ORDER

This petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2018 and allot Plot No. 120 in favour of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that for allotment Plot No.120 in favour of the petitioner, he made representation to the respondent on 30.10.2018, however, the same has not been considered, hence the present Writ Petition.

3. Per contra the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within a time to be stipulated by this court.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1 st respondent is directed to consider the 2/5

representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
