C O M M O N O R D E R When it is pointed out by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First Respondent that the Petitioner cannot call upon the authorities to enter his name in the revenue records without getting the documents executed and registered by some other persons relating to the property claimed to be owned by him declared as null and void by the jurisdictional Civil Court invoking Section 31 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, and it is only dependent upon the outcome of the same, the question of considering the claim of the Petitioner for entering his name in the revenue records could arise for consideration, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to institute suit impleading necessary parties before the jurisdictional Civil Court for effectual and complete adjudication of the matter and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. It is hastened to clarify here that no view has been expressed by this Court on the entitlement or correctness of the claim made by the Petitioner with regard to the properties. No costs.
