Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr. S.K. Rameshuwar, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the 4th respondent. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent, to grant permission to her to take water from the bore well in Plot No.22 of R.S. No. 285/2 of Nanjai Uthukuli Village in Erode District, to her lands in patta No.480 at Aval Poondurai "C" Village of Erode District, in view of her representation dated 02.05.2017.
3. Mr. Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the first respondent may be directed the consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a time frame.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
