This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th petitioners that shall report before the respondent Police twice everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 6.30 p.m., until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6369 of on 21.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
