CRIME NO.252 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.5140 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18134 of 2020 on 23.04.2021 in order the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every Month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.BALAJI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 23.04.2021 in Crl.MP.No.5140 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.18134 of 2020, this Court directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Again, this petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.04.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
