This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in its Roc.No.8715/2017/C4 dated 19.06.2017 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent made a submission that the order impugned dated 19.06.2017 has been withdrawn by the competent authority in proceedings dated 09.10.2017.

3. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be interfered in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
