The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 04.09.2023 and credit the amounts standing to the credit of UAN No.100144687553 to my Bank Account bearing No.914010045066765, Axis Bank.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one J.Sundari is the sister of the petitioner's father Venkatesa Perumal. She married one Jothi, and out of the said wedlock she did not have any children. Hence, they treated the petitioner as their son and same was entered in the 2/5
school records, so that the petitioner is entitled to got all the terminal benefits. It is the further submission of the petitioner that the said J.Sundari has also submitted a declaration and nomination form to the respondents. Subsequently, the petitioner's aunt died on 06.05.2022. However, the respondents did not pay the terminal benefits to the petitioner. In this connection, the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.09.2023 to the respondents and the same was not yet considered by the respondents.
3. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2023 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks 3/5
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
