The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of disqualification for a period of 3 years for not submitting the election expenses.

2. The period of disqualification itself is for a period of three years between 2014 and 2017, which is already been over and now the petitioner is not facing any disqualification, hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
