Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition para 6(b) "Petitioners shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m. for two weeks and thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation" and direct the petitioners to appear before the Respondent Police, as and when required for interrogation. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARAKUTRALINGAM, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to modify the condition directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police imposed in the order dated 07.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.11594 of 2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner has undergone hip-replacement treatment and prayed to modify the condition directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police.
3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the second petitioner has been discharged from the hospital as early as on 18.03.2021.

4.On 07.07.2021, when the order was passed, this Court has directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
5.Since the second petitioner has been discharged from the hospital as early as on 18.03.2021, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.
