This revision seeks a direction to learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.2010 of 2009 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. A perusal of the 'A' Diary extract informs of much delay in the conduct

of proceedings, of the respondent earlier having been set ex parte and of having moved a petition for setting aside the ex parte order and that thereafter, the case has not seen any progress. As the action is of the year 2009, this Court directs learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.2010 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
