This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd Respondent to consider and dispose petitioners' appeal dated 02.07.2022 preferred as per the directions issued by 4th Respondent dated 08.06.2022 requesting for cancellation of Patta Nos.4257, 4258 and 4259 (now Patta Nos.4377, 4323, 4344, 4345 and 4350) issued in name of the respondents 6 to 16 pending proceedings in OS No.325/2022 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore and consequently to restore the same as joint Patta No.239 relating to the property comprised in Survey Nos.206, (now S.Nos.206/1, 206/2 & 206/3), 207/1 and 217/1, situate at Allapalayam Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R5 would submit that within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the appeal will be disposed of.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
