This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police, to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2015.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint against her husband and in-laws with the respondent police on the allegation of dowry harassment. Since no action was taken so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.107/2015 has been assigned and the petition enquiry is pending.

5. Since C.S.R number has been assigned, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry in C.S.R.No.107/2015 and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.
