2. Heard, M/S. S.Uma Maheswari, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the IA.No.4 of 2025 had already been reserved for orders and that liquidation proceedings have also commenced and are likely to expire shortly. Hence, she prayed for speedy disposal of IA.No.4 of 2025 (to reject the petition) in I.P.No.45 of 2023.

4. Considering the above, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of IA.No.4 of 2025 (to reject the petition) in I.P.No.45 of 2023 on or before 30.04.2026, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
