O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to redeliver the House site property bearing Plot No.29 and Door No.1A, Old No.44, N.G.O.Colony Main Road, Vadapalani, Chennai-600 026 to an extent of 870 sq.ft., to the petitioners.

Since there is no representation for the petitioners, on 12.07.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 19.07.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
