Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 3rd respondents herein to implement the order of the 2nd respondent-State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Madras made in M.V.Appeal Nos.114 and 115 of 2014 respectively, dated 12.02.2015 by issuing the contract carriage Omni bus permit in respect of vehicle Nos.TN-57/T-4669 and TN-57/T-4696 respectively, forthwith.

3. When these writ petitions came up for admission, since it is reported that no appeal has been filed as against the order of the second respondent, this Court is of the view that there cannot be any impediment for the first respondent to implement the orders of the second respondent.

4.Hence, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners in the light of the order passed in M.V.Appeal Nos.114 and 115 of 2014 respectively, dated 12.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
