ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.38 of 2010, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.38 of 2010 was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.525 of 2013 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
