Alleging that the public pathway that is being used by the petitioner is sought to be misused by the private respondents by getting patta over the same, the petitioner made a representation on 17.03.2015. In the said representation, the petitioner made a request to the respondent no.1 to the effect that no patta has to be given to the respondent no.2 without hearing him. 2.Considering the above fact and taking note of the pending representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.2.
