Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2017.

O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved against grant of Patta in favour of the fourth respondent. Therefore, he made a representation to the first respondent on 18.12.2017, which is, sought to be disposed of, in this writ petition.

2. If the petitioner is having any grievance against grant of Patta in favour of the fourth respondent, he has to file an appeal before the second respondent, as provided https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under the relevant Statue.

Without doing so, the petitioner cannot come straight away to the first respondent and made some representation.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the second respondent in a manner known to law. At the same time, it is also made clear that this Court, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in respect of issuance of Patta in favour of the fourth respondent, as it is for the competent authority to consider and decide the same.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
