Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions would submit that pursuant to the impugned order, which is the subject matter of challenge in this petition, the petitioner has complied with the directions issued by the I Additional District court, Erode by re-presenting the plaint before the sub Court, Perundurai and the same has been numbered as O.S. No.50 of 2026.

2.In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this petition has now become infructuous. After recording the aforesaid fact, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected CMP is closed. No costs.
