PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the first respondent's proceedings made in No.BSNL/9-1/SR/2014 dated 25.5.2016, No.BSNL/5-1/SR/2016 dated 25.5.2016 and No.BSNL/51/SR/2016 dated 23.6.2016, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to strictly adhere to the rules by

affording an opportunity of Level Playing Field to the Petitioner Association and thereafter resort to verification of members forthwith thereto.
