ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the learned Special Court/Sessions Court, Tiruppur, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of her surrender in connection with Crime No.0184 of 2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner and the de facto complainant are neighbours. When the de facto complainant had questioned the Municipal Authorities with regard to laying of concrete road which affects the de facto complainant's residence, at that time petitioner had intervened and abused the de facto complainant in filthy language by using his caste name and assaulted him using stone whereby the tooth of de facto complainant has been broken.

3. In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the Special Court/Sessions Court, Tiruppur, to consider the petitioner's bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender, in connection with Crime No.0184 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police and to pass

appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989. The petitioner shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court concerned within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed. 28-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order BKN To:
