This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2023 and 27.09.2023 with regard to make the correct measurement as 2.12 acre in the computer patta No.35 of the 4th and 5th respondents as per the sale deed vide Doc.No.603/1980.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that an enquiry is posted on 28.05.2024.

3. Taking note of the above and considering the fact that the prayer sought for has been subsequently complied with, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
