O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to publish the waiting list candidates as per the guidelines framed by the recruitment bureau and select the petitioner from the waiting list for appointment in the 3rd respondent bank in the vacancy arisen of non-joining of Ms.Kousarbanu who was selected and joined at Trichy District Central Co- Operative Bank pursuant to the Notification No.1/2019 dated 11.03.2020.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2021 and pass appropriate orders in the light of the guidelines issued by the 1st respondent.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer which is sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2021 and pass orders in the light of the guidelines issued by the 1st respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
