This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to call for the connected records in Crime No.154 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the case in Crime No.154 of 2015 was investigated by the first respondent-police and the same has been referred as ''mistake of fact'' and the first respondent-police has also filed the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.25 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kothagiri.

3.Since on completion of investigation in Cr.No.154 of 2015, the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.25 of 2015 has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kothagiri, nothing survives in this criminal original petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
