ORDER
Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to take appropriate action on his Application dated 03.9.2016 for SubDivision and Patta transfer in respect of the land in Survey No.82/2E, Varagurampatti Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's application dated 03.09.2016, the respondent has not taken any action so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to take action on the petitioner's application dated 03.09.2016, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 03.09.2016 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
