ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection to carry out the fencing of the petitioners property comprised in S.No.62/3B measuring to an extent of 53 cents situated at Samanapalli Village Shoolagiri Taluk Krishnagiri District which has already been surveyed by the revenue authorities pursuant to the order of this Court by considering the representation dated 06.04.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he owns a property comprised in S.No.62/3B measuring to an extent of 53 cents, situated at Samanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, which has already been surveyed by the revenue authorities and seeks for an adequate police protection to fence his property.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). Perused the materials on record. 4.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation / complaint lodged by the petitioner, upon issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 7, and pass orders to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his labourers while putting up fencing in and

around his property situated in S.No.62/3B measuring to an extent of 53 cents, situated at Samanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
