ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body and person of the detenue namely Renukadevi aged about 19 years, daughter of the petitioner herein, who has been illegally detained under the custody of the third respondent herein before this Court and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Today, the detenue has been produced before this Court. On enquiry, she informed that she has married the third respondent and expressed her willingness to go along with the third respondent.

3.Inasmuch the detenue being a major and she married the third respondent, the detenue is set at liberty. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
