Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court upto 04.04.2016 and thereafter, he has not complied with the conditions.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on third Monday of June and July, 2016 and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
