The petitioners made a complaint to the respondent no.1 on 12.03.2015 alleging that patta has been wrongly given in favour of the respondent no.3 for Survey No.234, Survey No.235/1 and Survey No.227 in Kerakodhalli Village, Kaarimangalam, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District. On receipt of the said complaint made by the petitioners, the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 to conduct an enquiry and file a report. Seeking appropriate direction to the respondent no.2 since no subsequent steps have been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.A perusal of the communication dated 23.03.2015 would show that the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
conduct an enquiry and file a report. Thus, it is for the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders by getting the report from the respondent no.2.
3.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders on the complaint made by the petitioners on 12.03.2015, after due receipt of the report from the respondent no.2, who is supposed to conduct an enquiry, after hearing the petitioners as well as the respondent no.3. The said authority viz., the respondent no.1 is directed to complete the said exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
