This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.174 of 2024 pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8351 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances and the averments made in the petition and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and time is extended to the petitioner till 07.06.2024 to comply with the above said conditions.
