This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19618 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020.

2. It is reported by Mr. A. Damodaran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that a final report has been filed pursuant to the investigation and the case has been closed as (Further Action Dropped - FAD) and the same has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Walajapet. Referred Charge Sheet Notice No.12/2022 dated 10.10.2022 had also been sent to the petitioner herein.
