Pursuant to the Sale Deed dated 25.11.2010, the petitioner made a representation on 20.07.2015 seeking separate patta as against the joint patta standing as of now for an extent of 0.25 cents in S.No.74/2, Sendivakkam Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 20.07.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd parties in whose name joint patta stands.
