This application has been filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 389 days in filing the written statement for D1, D2 and D15 in C.S.No.17 of 2024.

2. According to the applicants, they are the defendant Nos.1, 2 and 15 in the main suit. Since the legal heirs of the defendants are in various locations they are unable to file the written statement within the prescribed time limit.

3. The other side has not seriously objected.

4. Considering the above-said reasons stated in the affidavit, the facts and the circumstances of the case, and in order to give a fair chance to the applicants to defend the case, this application is allowed.
