O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 06.03.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for sub-division of the subject property and for issuance of separate patta in her name.

2. Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. The petitioner is relying upon the sale deeds dated 09.05.1983 and 25.04.1985 and also the patta issued in patta No.197 in favour of petitioner's vendor's vendor. The petitioner submitted an online application seeking for sub-division and for issuance of separate patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction 2/4

to the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 06.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, final orders shall be passed after putting them on notice.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
