O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 19.01.2018 and 05.02.2018 and initiate action against the offenders including Mr.Kannan, Inspector of Police, Hastampatty Police Station, Salem, in accordance with law.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the complaint given by one Tamilselvan, a false case was registered in Crime No.495 of 2017 on 31.12.2017 and the petitioner was arrested and later released on bail. It is the grievance of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that, after his release on bail, when he went to his house, he found that several items were missing.

Therefore, the petitioner has given the representations on 19.01.2018 and 05.02.2018 to the various authorities and thereafter, filed the present petition seeking a direction to consider his representations.

3. In the opinion of this Court, such a direction cannot be issued under Section 482 Cr.P.C., as the investigation of a case is not like a patta proceedings and it has to be done in accordance with Chapter XII of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
