Pursuant to my order dated 03.06.2025, the learned I Additional District Judge, Cuddalore, has submitted a report in D.No.358 of 2025 dated 17.06.2025.

2.I have gone through the report. The learned I Additional District Judge, Cuddalore, seeks time until end of August, with a buffer of one additional month.

3.Considering the report and also the stage of the suit, the learned I Additional District Judge, Cuddalore is directed to dispose of O.S.No.35 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 26.09.2025. 4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
