This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an FIR based on the complaint dated 16.05.2020 given by the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner. 3.Heard Mr.M.Elango, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
