O R D E R
The petitioner made an appeal, being aggrieved against the order passed by the respondent no.1 in the month of May 2015 in proceedings Na.Ka.No.A1/4221/2015. The appeal made by the petitioner dated 01.06.2015 was referred to the respondent no.4 by the District Collector, Villupuram as seen from the proceedings dated 26.06.2015. Alleging that during the pendency of the appeal, the petitioner is sought to be removed and dispossessed by the respondent no.1, a legal notice was given on 08.09.2015 and thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.The proceedings, as seen from the records available before this Court, would show that the appeal is pending before respondent no.4. Thus, during the pendency of the appeal, the petitioner shall not be interfered with. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondent no.4 to dispose of the appeal as directed by the respondent no.5 in the proceedings dated 26.06.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending the same, there shall be an order of status quo as on today.
