O R D E R

The matter was heard through "Video Conference". 2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to give police protection to the petitioner's life and to his property comprised in S.No.35/2P to an extent of 0.88 cents and in S.No.35/3A to an extent of 1.09 cents situated at Vadapalai Village, Gingee Taluk based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2020.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the third respondent and based on which enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.680 of 2020. Further, it is submitted that during the enquiry, if it is found that police protection is required, suitable action will be taken.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
