ORDER
It is seen that no civil suit has been laid by the petitioner against the counter petitioner regarding the property in issue.
2. When the right of the petitioner regarding the property in issue has not been affirmed by the civil forum in accordance with law, at this stage, it would not be proper to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of 482 Cr.PC to grant police protection to the petitioner as claimed by him.
