ORDER

Petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking a direction to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2015.

2. Petitioner is the owner of Mahindra Xylo bearing registration No.TN-18-P-8215 and on 17.04.2015 he hired the same to one M.Vikky @ Vigneshvaran for a week. Since the car was not returned by the said Vikky for a long time, he lodged a complaint with the respondent police.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that no such complaint was available with the respondent police and the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint to the respondent police alongwith the copy of this order and on receipt of the same, upon enquiry if material are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.
