A.No.2219 of 2020 in C.S.No.176 of 2020 A.No.2219 of 2020 in C.S.No.176 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., This application has been filed by the legal heirs of the plaintiff seeking to implead themselves as legal heirs as plaintiff in the suit owing to death of the original plaintiff.

2. It is stated that the application had been filed within the stipulated period.

3. The plaintiff H.Vasanth Kumar passed away on 28.08.2020. The legal heirs who now seek to implead themselves are the widow and daughter and two sons.

4. Quite independently they have also filed A.No.2220 of 2020 under Order 3 Rule 2 C.P.C seeking permission to be represented by their Power of Attorney. That permission has been granted.

5. In view of the fact that the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff have statutory right to prosecute the suit and to maintain the reliefs sought in the suit, application is allowed.
