ORDER

Challenging the Leave India Notice, bearing No.F19/LIN/FRRO-CH/2021 3577 dated 13.7.2021 issued by the first respondent under section 3(2)(c) of the Foreigners Act, 1946, the petitioner, who is a Foreigner, has filed the present Writ Petition.

2. On 17.08.2021, when the matter was taken up for consideration, this Court, as an interim measure, directed the petitioner to appear before the 1st respondent on or before 24.08.2021 and on such appearance and upon payment of necessary fee, the first respondent was directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and take a decision on or before 26.8.2021 and communicate the same to the petitioner as well as to this Court.

3. Accordingly, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the order dated 17.08.2021 has been complied with and hence, nothing survives for adjudication further herein.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
