sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.110 of 2023 on 26.06.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
